Langley Before & After school club and Wraparound
Tudor Grange Primary Academy Langley provides the highest quality care and education for children from 2-11 years old and are open for most of the school holidays. Our staff are committed to giving every child the very best start in life by providing children with exceptional care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.

In addition to the school day, we offer a variety of childcare services to our families. We utilise our indoor and outdoor spaces at school to provide a variety of fun and stimulating activities. We promote healthy eating and a balanced diet through the meals and snacks we offer the children.
Operating weeks: 48 weeks (excluding Christmas final 2 weeks of summer and Bank Holidays)
Opening hours: Monday – Friday
Early Start & Pre-school & Wraparound 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (7.30am option – additional cost)
Before & after-school club- 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Age range: 2 to 11 years old
Funded places: All types of funding and childcare vouchers accepted (for example, 2-year-old funding, 3- & 4-year-old funding; 30 hours funding; tax free childcare and childcare vouchers).
Bookings and payments
We use an external provider to manage our bookings – Childcare Bookings for Schools. They provide an online booking system for our wraparound care and manage all of the associated admin.
It is very important that you book your child’s provision for any before/afterschool club by 2pm and by Friday of the week before for holiday clubs.
It will be extremely difficult to accept ad hoc bookings as we adhere to strict staffing and ratio requirements during the school holidays.
We would appreciate your support with this please.
If your child is not familiar with before/after school club and holiday provision, we would request that you and your child visit the staff team before you make your bookings. This will enable the staff to
- meet yourself and your child
- understand the routines and timings
- lunch arrangements
- drop off and collection points

Please note: Before making your first booking, you will firstly need to register an account. This process should take no longer than 5 minutes and requires that you provide details for:
- The account holder (you) and your child(ren)
- Two different emergency contacts
- A payment card (no payment will be taken, but a card will be required to make bookings)
Once you have registered an account, you will be able to start making bookings. To do so, simply click here to log in to your online booking account and use the ‘Bookings’ dropdown menu at the top of the webpage to begin requesting your sessions.
The payment methods available are Card, Tax-Free Childcare or Childcare Vouchers.

Breakfast and After School Club
Children from Reception to Year 6 can access this service. The children will participate in a variety of craft, cooking, physical and educational activities.
- Breakfast Club: Offers two start sessions from 07:30 am and 8.30am. We provide your child with a healthy breakfast consisting of cereals, fruit, toast, spreads and juices before taking your child to their classroom at the start of the school day.
- After School Club: Offers three sessions which run until either 4:30 pm, 5:30pm or 6:00pm. We provide your child with a healthy snack.

Holiday Club
We offer a holiday club for children from Nursery to Year 2 where your child can learn a new skill such as cooking or enjoy their favourite hobby such as football, drama or arts & crafts. The children attend in their own clothes and bring their own snacks and packed lunch. Please see the price list and session options below.
