Professor Dougal Jerram is the director of DougalEARTH Ltd and holds an part time Professor II research position at the at the University of Oslo. He is also known as Dr Volcano from his appearances on the BBC, CBBC and Discovery. He has written a number of books for a variety of ages on the subject of volcanoes and Earth Science

He came into school to launch our Geography topic all about Volcanoes . The children were amazed by his demonstration and asked some excellent questions.
