This week Year 3 have been to visit a Christian place of worship. We were given a warm welcome by a fabulous team from the church. The children engaged many different activities to consider the Christmas story and celebrate Christmas time.

We enjoyed the walk there- spotting Christmas lights and decorations as we went.

We threw snowballs in the sports hall, dressed up as characters from the Christmas story, did Christmas tangrams, a Christmas quiz, retold the Christmas story and made a bauble.

Then after an action packed morning we walked back to have a well earned lunch!
