Year 1 pupils have shown great dedication in creating their very own spider sculptures, inspired by the artist Louise Bourgeois. Throughout the project, they explored each stage of the process—from forming the leg structures, to constructing the body, and finally adding their painted designs. This highly hands-on unit has encouraged creativity and engagement, with the children demonstrating enthusiasm and active participation at every step.
