Today, we celebrate our glorious Earth!

This made me contemplate all the ways, here at Tudor Grange Langley, we show our appreciation for our planet and the life within it by looking after our school environment and beyond each and every day…

At Tudor Grange Langley the passion and interest our children and staff have for showing a commitment and responsibility to looking after our environment and learning more about the wider world and how we can make a difference permeates through our corridors, classrooms and grounds. It is evident through- the fantastic work of our eco team, lost property monitors, litter picking, veg growing, classroom displays, literature in the library, Forest School, Lyfta assemblies and OPAL play to name a few and not to forget Mrs Goddard’s earrings that reflect any passion and interests of the children 🙂

We wear our school badge everyday with pride which acts as a reminder of our roots as a school and our motto ‘Growing kind hearts, wise minds and bright futures’. A tree emblem acknowledges personal growth in our time here at Langley and our local links to Edith Holden, eco-warrior and Olton resident. It reminds us of our commitment to gratitude, community service and caring for the environment that sustains us all. Our Character and learning habits instil in us all the importance of reflection and curiosity, responsibility and compassion, empathy and respect. What a wonderful place to be and an amazing community to be part of!
