Today the children were taught cricket by a coach who will deliver a series of lessons to build upon the children’s skills from year 4, ready for their cricket festival.

Today’s lesson involved; catching like a cricketer- this means always using two hands, throwing like a cricketer- this means using the non-throwing hand to aim as well as managing their space and making sure the ball travelled far enough.
