Our Eco Council has been busy taking practical action to help our school save energy and water.

The children noticed that lights and taps are sometimes left on when they are not needed. To help everyone remember how small actions can make a big difference, the Eco Council put up clear reminder signs above light switches and taps around the school.

These signs encourage us all to:

• Turn off lights when leaving a room
• Switch taps off properly after use
• Be more aware of how we use energy and water every day

By placing the signs in key areas, the Eco Council hopes to gently remind everyone to make eco friendly choices without being told.
