Year 3 and 4 were extremely lucky to have Cody Marceau in at the end of last half term to speak with them about Easter. Cody brought in resurrection eggs which told the Easter story in an interactive way. The children opened the resurrection eggs at multiple points of the story and uncovered a clue or object from the Easter story. These included a stone to represent the stone which sealed the tomb where Jesus was placed to rest, a donkey which is what Jesus rode in to Jerusalem on and a crown to symbolise the crown of thorns which Jesus was made to wear before his crucifixion to name a few.
