Cookery (for starters) to end this unit, the children were divided into 3 groups to create a 3 course meal with each meal having a ‘hero’ ingredient. The children who were creating a starter were tasked with creating a salad that was based around peppers.

Their objective was to create a salad that looked appealing and would likely be served in a restaurant.
