Today, our year 5/6 football team played their final league match against Greswold. The boys arrived motivated and ready to play. A player down meant some last minute shuffles, and no sub for half time. There was time for a quick tactics talk from Mrs Wong before they started and they were off! The game was pretty evenly matched until ‘pow’ goal number one to Langley. Half time arrived and the boys were on a high. They all knew they had to dig deep to keep up the energy for the last 15 minutes. They didn’t disappoint. A second goal and a 2-0 win to us! It really was a team effort tonight and they would ALL deserve man of the match.
