This half term the children have been learning about the circulatory system. Today was the day they had all been waiting for: dissection day. The children spent the afternoon dissecting a pig heart and trying to identify the different parts of the heart. On the whole, they had a great time and enjoyed the experience. Those feeling a little green or uneasy just watched.
