This half term the Cedars’ pupils have been celebrating Children’s Mental Health week and we have been talking about how we can look after our own Mental Health. We have made sensory bottles to help us to be calm, worry monsters to share our worries with and discussed strategies we can use when we feel stressed or anxious. The theme for this year’s Mental Health week was ‘Growing Together’, so we have planted seeds, created a flower garden and looked at the difference between good and bad Mental Health
